We offer an efficient, organized system to store your belongings. Your belongings will remain safe and organized until you are ready to move out of storage.
GUIDELINES & SERVICES
How to prepare for pickup
Pack the items you wish to store in your own boxes. When available, McCarthy Transfer & Storage can provide you with gently used packing materials at no additional cost, or we have new boxes and packing materials available for purchase. If you need help with packing, we can do that too!
Prohibited items
Liquids, illegal substances, perishables, and hazardous materials are prohibited. If you’re unsure about whether or not an item is allowed in storage, please check with our office when scheduling your move into storage.
Accessing your belongings
If you need to access any of your belongings while in storage or need to add some more items into your storage, a 48-hour advance notice is required for logistics purposes. For safety reasons, you will need assistance if you need access to your belongings. There is an access fee and a labor fee to assist you in locating items, adding, or removing items. The cost of delivering your belongings out of storage is not included in any monthly storage fees and will be determined at the time of delivery based on the destination location.

We pick up your belongings in the container in which they are stored, and when you need your possessions, just give us a call, and we will deliver them right to your door.

Storage Details
Whether short-term or long-term, your possessions are sealed in private storage containers. Larger pieces, such as overstuffed furniture and rugs, are protected individually with clean coverings and stored in specially constructed racks, away from traffic and dust.
Your possessions are stored in individual containers called vaults. Each storage vault is approximately 7 feet tall, 7 feet long, and 5 feet wide; this equals 245 cubic feet. At a cost of just $50 per vault each month, you save significantly compared to other self-storage options.
