We will send professional movers with storage containers to pick up your belongings from your residence, inventory all your possessions to be stored, blanket wrap to prevent damage and bring everything back to our secure warehouse located in East San Diego County for as little as $50 per month.

Our East County San Diego storage warehouse is fully equipped to protect your property including sprinklers and is connected to 24-hour fire and a security alarm system. At McCarthy Transfer & Storage, we know how valuable your items can be. We’ve taken every step possible to ensure that they are at your disposal and in the condition you expect them to be all of the time.

Guidelines & Services

How to prepare for pickup

Pack the items you wish to store in your own boxes. When available McCarthy Transfer & Storage can provide you with gently used packing materials at no additional cost or we have new boxes and packing materials available for purchase.

If you need help with packing, we can do that too!.

Prohibited items

Liquids, illegal substances, perishables and hazardous materials are prohibited. If you’re unsure about whether or not an item is allowed in storage, please check with our office when scheduling your movw into storage.

Accessing your belongings.

If you need to access any of your belongings while in storage or need to add some more items in to your storage, there is a $45 access fee and a $35.00 per man hour labor fee to assist you in locating items, adding or removing items. For safety reasons, you will need assistance if you need access to your belongings. A 48 Hour notice in advance is required (for logistics purposes). The cost of delivering your belongings out of storage is not included in any monthly storage fees and will be determined at the time of delivery based on destination location.
